From dials to hands and movements, we have the skills to refurbish your clock to its former glory.
We can machine worn parts, cut new wheels and pinions, repair or remake old hands and restore clock dials.
When restoring glass in old tower clock dials we can cut and colour-match the glass so that it blends with the original glass.
We can insert modern technology, keeping the original dials and similar hands. This technology will provide you with a hands free system, adjusting +0 daylight saving and resetting the time should a power blackout occur.
We assist with regular tasks such as cleaning, regulating and oiling old movements, greasing yoke bearings, inspection of rope pulls and replacements of ’U’ bolts, via a service agreement giving you peace of mind and ensuring your clock continues to give great service in the future.
We offer upgrade services for bells and towers to bring them in line with current OHS requirements including manufacturing bells, restoration and replacement of worn bell frames to bring them up to a safe standard.
We supply digital bell systems.
There are many programmable options available for existing bells or, where it is not practical to install one or a number of bells, digital bells may be a option.
Digital bells can be programmed to provide a single chime or melody, and to automatically operate at specific times or silenced as required.
